We support a large number of charities but each country within our territory has nominated one primary charity. These are:
Kummit Ry – the Association of Friends of the University Children’s hospitals is a charitable organization, founded in 1993, which supports the five Finnish university children’s hospitals’ development and research, and attempts to improve the comfort of patients during their hospital stay. Over recent years, the association has also placed significant attention on mental health work with children and adolescents.
Barnekreftforeningen is an independent, non-profit organization focused in helping children and young people with cancer, as well as their families. With a clear goal in mind, “no child will die from cancer”, Barnekreftforeningen puts all their effort into helping and supporting, both physically as mentally, those who need it.
The Swedish Children’s Cancer Fund works with the fight against cancer in children. It also helps children and their families to get the care and support they need. Barncancerfonden is a non-profit association financed solely by donations and bequests.
