Nordic Garrison is part of the 501st Legion, a costuming group for people all across the globe who enjoy recreating the costumes of the Star Wars bad guys. We operate in Finland, Norway and Sweden with 186 troopers protecting loyal Imperial citizens from Rebel subversion.
While our main activity is costuming, we have also earned the nickname “The bad guys doing good” through our charity work. Every year the 501st Legion donates millions of dollars to charities around the world. Within Nordic Garrison, our primary partners are Barncancerfonden, Barnekreft Foreningen, Drottning Silvias barn- och ungdomssjukhus och Lastenklinikoiden Kummit Ry.
